Promotion Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Tingdene Residential Parks Ltd. £10,000 New Year Incentive Promotion (“Promotion”). By purchasing a new home under this Promotion, customers agree to the following:
- Eligibility
The promotion is valid for purchasers of new properties at Tingdene Residential Parks in the UK. - Promotion Period
Incentives are available only to buyers who reserve a property during the promotional period from 12am on 26th December 2024 to 12pm on 31st January 2025. - Incentive package details
Assisted Move Assistance. Up to £5,000 plus VAT towards assistance with selling your existing property through our Move + Assisted Move Scheme. Specific terms apply.
Solicitors’ Fees: Up to £500 covered toward legal fees when you use our recommended Solicitors. Invoices must be submitted for reimbursement upon completion.
Landscaping Allowance: Up to £4,000 to enhance your new home’s outdoor spaces ahead of your completion. - Monetary value
The combined value of the incentives cannot exceed £10,000. No cash alternative will be offered. Incentives are non-transferable and must be applied toward the purchase of the new property. Incentives cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
- Exclusions
The offer is not valid for employees of Tingdene Residential Parks Ltd or their immediate families. - Right to amend or cancel
Tingdene Parks Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, extend, or change the terms of this Promotion at any time, at its sole discretion. Any modifications to the Promotion will be communicated via the Tingdene Parks Ltd. website and will apply prospectively from the date of such modification. - Additional terms
Promotion is as stated, and no cash or other alternative offer is available.
The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
