About Pavenham Park
Set in the quiet stone-built village of Pavenham, this long-established residential park for the over-45s sits in open Bedfordshire countryside, with the River Great Ouse running along its lower boundary. Landscaped roads, mature trees and riverside walks make for a peaceful, friendly community.
The village offers a traditional pub, village hall and tennis club, with Pavenham Park’s 18-hole championship golf course on the doorstep. A bus stop outside the park entrance gives easy access into Bedford, just a short drive away for shopping, healthcare and rail links to London.
Where the home sits
Plot 40 enjoys one of the park’s quietest positions on Rose Crescent, along the southern edge. With no homes behind, it looks out over the boundary hedgerow to open meadows beyond, with mature trees to the side for added privacy — and it’s a short walk from the park entrance and visitor parking.
This is currently the only home available at Pavenham Park, so early viewing is strongly recommended.
