These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Tingdene Residential Parks Ltd. £7,500 Towards Your New Home Promotion (“Promotion”). By reserving a new home under this Promotion, customers agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Promotion is available to purchasers of new homes at Tingdene Hazelgrove Park, Saltburn-by-the-Sea, TS12 1DE.
The Promotion is not available at any other Tingdene Residential Park.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion is available to customers who reserve an eligible new home between 12:00am on Friday 16 October 2026 and 11:59pm on Saturday 31 October 2026.
To qualify for the Promotion, the purchase must be completed by 31 March 2027.
3. Availability
The Promotion is subject to the availability of eligible homes and plots at Hazelgrove Park and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tingdene Residential Parks Ltd. cannot guarantee the availability of any particular home or plot.
4. £7,500 Voucher
Eligible purchasers will receive a voucher with a maximum value of £7,500 to use towards their new home at Hazelgrove Park.
The voucher may be used towards selected optional extras or improvements to the home or outdoor space, including, but not limited to:
- White goods
- Garden and landscaping
- Garage or shed
- Driveway upgrades
The available options and final use of the voucher must be agreed with Tingdene Residential Parks Ltd. prior to completion.
5. Voucher Value and Restrictions
The maximum value of the Promotion is £7,500 per eligible purchase.
The voucher:
- Has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Is non-transferable.
- Cannot be redeemed against any home or plot other than an eligible new home at Hazelgrove Park.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless expressly agreed in writing by Tingdene Residential Parks Ltd.
- Cannot be redeemed after completion unless otherwise agreed in writing by Tingdene Residential Parks Ltd.
No cash alternative will be offered for any unused balance.
6. Exclusions
The Promotion is not available to employees of Tingdene Residential Parks Ltd. or members of their immediate family.
7. Right to Amend or Withdraw the Promotion
Tingdene Residential Parks Ltd. reserves the right to amend, extend, withdraw or cancel the Promotion at any time.
Any changes will apply to future reservations and, where appropriate, will be communicated via the Tingdene Parks website.
8. General
Tingdene Residential Parks Ltd.’s decision regarding eligibility for the Promotion shall be final.
Tingdene Residential Parks Ltd. reserves the right to verify that all qualifying criteria have been met before the voucher is issued or applied.
